I just started in the club in mid-April and that some of you think there will be no change in May -15 I do 4 sets 20 reps training day in my abs, chest and biceps … Then my chest (33inch) go to 33.5 and my biceps (11inches) Go to 11.3inch?

Yes, but for best results reverse the rehearsals and make sure you take plenty of rest between workouts. I do 4 sets of 4-6 reps, once every 8 days for each Excersize and gained 25 pounds of muscle over the last 3 months. And my bank has gained about 60 Lbs. (Table 325 now). good luck
