/ Breast, back and shoulders workout?

So far in my 2 weeks of weight training @ the gym (which seek to acquire mass), I trained as a guide he found online, which had tremendous feedback. They say that back exercises in one day by itself , And another day to work outside their shoulders and chest together. I was approached by two men of normal appearance @ gym in the center stage of my chest and was like ..
