bodybuilding muscle hypertrophy and custom?
Hello everyone I am in body building and have two objectives that are opposed to each other. ie mass massive construction in my arms and the maintenance of a safe slope and rock. I got to see two types of hypertrophy (myofibril & sacroplasmic). myofibril – heavy lifting with minimal repetitions resulting in thin but powerful muscles. that is, as in weightlifting athletes sacroplasm suboptimal with repeats resulting in increased muscle, but no increase in power. ie as in bodybuilders So if I myofiber hypertrophy technique my chest and hypertrophy sacroplasmic to my arms, I will be able to achieve my goals. Damn, was too much jargon? , I wish I could explain … Just tell me how achieve my goals. plzzz
