CARDIO AND WEIGHT at the same meeting?

I know there are different ideas of what works and what SHOULD AND SHOULD NOT DO, BUT IM JUST INTERESTED IN PEOPLES OPINION OF THE RESULTS WITH RESPECT TO MY QUESTION – I HAVE BEEN TRAINING FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS AFTER ONE YEAR PERIOD BEGINNING LAZY 7. Today I'm spending an hour on the bike in LA In my training followed by 30 to 45 minutes BODYBUILDING – 6 DAYS A WEEK – BEFORE IS 10 MINS CV then an hour of weight training I was fine, but I think my body fat is REDUCING A faster pace!
