I am 5'10 170 pounds, I bench 200, squats 300 + I have good statistics altitude but I see most of my muscles As for fat, especially on my chest. I want to know how many calories to eat / protein intake # because I never really paid attention that I always went with the flow and eat lots of food. I drink protein shakes, but to be a very successful bodybuilder like me what to eat the right foods to eat to grow, and much of it, as the contribution protein and calories until I reach 200 pounds in weight, but the muscles.
