How do I start bodybuilding at 15 years old?
I need help I am 15 years old and have a nice figure and feel better about my myself and my body can anyone give me some advice on the work of the guide lines oh yeah and supplements I can take? I was thinking about creatine, but what is the best creatine out there? Thank you!
Avoid One Body Part workouts and focus on a full body training a full body workout? But all my friends are training chest tonight. And tomorrow they are training back. And on Wednesday they are training arms. But if you have the courage, will not follow the herd and trust me. You're too young to separate the muscle groups in just one body part a day. Unless you are pursuing a career in competitive bodybuilding, a body part that is divided are an excellent way to train more at a young age. Look at it this way. Do they eat only once a week? Just take supplements once a week? Just sleep once a week? Just the study once a week? Why train your muscle groups only once a week? Nonsense.
