<p> You should try whey protein. Isolate is similar to the concentration, but in a purer form. Most carbohydrates and fat are removed, This makes low in calories. I like Ergopharm GF-Pro. The vanilla taste very good and has 21 grams of protein per serving with only 3 grams of carbohydrates and half a gram of fat. In all that has only 100 calories. I made very good progress since I changed protein concentrate whey. </p>
