I am a man 27 years with a training program weight for the primary purpose of building muscle and strength. During the past month, I had £ 5.5 weight, and I know that much it is muscle and water, body fat decreased. The problem is that I have a fat little belly that does not seem to change. I made many ab exercises and I think I have six pack hidden under the fat. But how do I get rid of this fat? I do not want to eat less I still want to put on muscle and I do not do too much cardio eat muscle and fat. I have read and bodybuilding.com is not as contradictory advice. It seems that many people have this problem. Does anyone have conclusive advice or something that worked for them?
