gynecomastia?
hii =) i am a 16 year old boy and i found out today by my doctor that i have gynecomastia as i am not fat mabe like 5 to10 lbs overweight i am strong and play linebacker for football i noticed my chest wasnt normal. My nipples are very big and my chest has extra fat. anyways he told me no drug right now could help without effecting my growth and he said i may not stop growing till im out of college so does anybody know of ways to help this situation like diets to help estrogen or anything cuz i really want them to be normall i am so sick of them i do not want them all the way thru college !!! if anyone can help with anyway youu treated this problem please help me out a little and if you went under the knife is there anyway insurance will cover it ?!?!?
if u just lose those extra pounds they will go away, your body just put the extra fat in that one place when that is gone u have nothing to worry about. i used to have that till i lost weight and now i am fine and i did not need medicine or surgery.
