How can I improve myself to do more pull-ups?
Im going to the UK before applying and waiting to join the Royal Navy. im fit but still works hard to get even fitter. the only thing I can do is pull UPS. im very heavy (more muscle, but all that honesty has a little belly xD) weighing just over 90kg. I can do push-ups, chin UPS, etc. but can not do any pull UPS. I have a good pull up bar too. So how can I get strong enough to pull UPS. iv been in bodybuilding and have strong lats, but I can not seem to be able to do pull ups military. Also swim a lot still hasn't really helped. can someone tell me what do I do? applause.
