Techniques bodybuilding?

I just saw a video of a bodybuilder doing push-rod and the momentum was building to move back to help. Lift, but not for mass, force and that perhaps is different, but, is not it better to completely isolate the biceps by moving only your forearms? What it is better to use the momentum to lift heavy and not so heavy, but the isolation of the biceps? Again, perhaps the technique between bodybuilding and strength training is different, I wonder. Thank you.

What he saw the person who is called cheating. when used properly can be quite useful. when lifting a large amount of weight and start getting so tired which barely raises his arms to cheat you can go a little further and really pump those arms.
