training plan ideas?
I need some help designing an exercise plan. i my training of the rotator cuff, biceps and triceps and I do cardio regularly. Heres something i came to tell me if it will work or if u have something better please share Day 1: biceps, triceps Day 2: cardiovascular, rotator cuff Day 3: Biceps, triceps Day 4: cardiovascular, rotator cuff Day 5: Biceps, triceps Day 6: cardiovascular, cuff rotator Day 7: rest (weekly) I do biceps exercises: bicep curls and hammer curls, triceps exercises I do: benchpress rotator cuff exercises I Do: Exercise 1 (found here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/dorian1.htm)
