Most effective bodybuilding routine?
Hi, I've tried a couple of fitness routines in a day of 5 / plan of the week, but none of them appears to be effective. Im a 5'8 18 years old, weighs 140 pounds, I always take 35g protein shakes after my workout, but I need a good routine tried to build muscles and abs with a weekly program that is easy to follow. Any suggestions for building muscle fast and clear, the summer season is 4 months away, I would atleast start showing a difference! Thank you!
