I wanted to share my personal best bodybuilding routines that I use in my weekly workout regiment. They are good, but remember not that you need to implement this on a regular basis, with adequate nutrition for best results.
Each exercise is performed for 3 sets of 8 repetitions.

Monday: back, biceps and traps

  • Bent Over Rows – This works the back and biceps.
  • Lat Pull Downs – which works the lats on the back.
  • DB bicep curls – what works the biceps and forearms.
  • DB Shrugs – This works in the zone traps.

Wednesday: chest, triceps and shoulders

  • Bench Press – What is good for the chest, triceps and shoulders.
  • Flies DB – This is good for the chest.
  • Skull Crushers – This is for the triceps.
  • DB Shoulder Press – This works in the area of the shoulders and upper chest.

Friday: legs, calves and abs

  • Squats – This works on the thighs, hamstrings, glutes, calves and back.
  • Deadweight – what works your thighs, calves, buttocks, and most of the back.
  • Standing Calf Press – This works the calves.
  • Weighted Crunches – This works with ABS. Just do a normal crisis, but to hold a dumbbell or weight different types of (a medicine ball).

These are the personal fitness routines physics for a week. Try this for a few weeks and see how the results are. Remember, be consistent with your diet and after so many weeks and change the exercises for the muscles of his accident. This will result in hypertrophy of muscle long-term success.

Where can I find training plans online?

I was wondering where I could find some plans weekly training, outside major sites like bodybuilding.com or mensfitness.com no idea where I could pick up several plans for the year?
